This privacy policy informs you of the use of personal data submitted to us when using PSP-Connect.
N3Vis AB will always comply with applicable privacy laws and ensure that personal data is processed confidentially. N3Vis will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.
N3Vis will process the following personal data:
PSP-Connect is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Add-On developed by N3 Vision AB ("N3Vis"). By entering into a license agreement regarding the Product with N3Vis, certain information regarding the data subject signing the agreement on behalf of the contracting party and/or contact persons for the licensee will be processed by N3Vis. N3Vis may also provide support to the licensee, whereby contact information of employees may be processed.
The personal data is processed for the purpose of effectuating the licence agreement entered into by the licensee and N3Vis, and to provide support as agreed between the parties.
The processing of personal data is necessary for entering into a contract to which the licensee is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the licensee prior to entering into the contract.
The processing of personal data is therefore necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by N3Vis as controller of the personal data and the legitimate interests of the licensee. Those interests override the interest or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects who represent the licensee in relation to N3Vis (GDPR art 6.1 f).
N3Vis will further process personal data to the extent required by law or decision by a competent authority (GDPR art 6.1 c).
N3Vis is not a controller nor a processor of personal data which the licensee submits to the Products.
N3Vis will only transfer personal data to third parties if obligated to do so according to law. N3Vis will only transfer data to third countries if the recipient has signed the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with applicable law. N3Vis will further ensure that personal data has equivalent protection to that guaranteed within the EU.
N3Vis ensures that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access or destruction, illegal processing, or accidental loss or damage.
N3Vis uses a secure server where your personal data is processed and limits access to personal data within the organisation. Authorisation to access personal data is given only to individuals within the organisation, or within the Data Processor and its sub-processors, for the sole purpose of carrying out their respective duties.
You are entitled to request access to and rectification of personal data, as well as erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, or to object to processing (if in accordance with applicable privacy laws). Furthermore, you have a right to access the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability).
